How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days to main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban) and 3–5 working days to regional areas. Express delivery to main centres takes 1–2 working days. You receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over R750. For smaller orders, the exact fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address and parcel size.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship with trusted South African couriers including Bob Go, The Courier Guy, Pargo, RAM and SkyNet, selecting the best option for your area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Ozow instant EFT and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely — Avomart never stores your card details.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Under the ECT Act you have a 7-day cooling-off period after delivery to return most items for a refund, and the Consumer Protection Act covers defective items for 6 months (repair, replacement or refund). Wrong or damaged deliveries must be reported within 72 hours. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full process.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source directly from brands and authorised South African distributors — including Sir Fruit, Pure Royal and Dr Davey — so everything we sell is genuine, locally stocked, and covered by South African consumer law.
Do you sell the full Sir Fruit range?
We stock one of the largest Sir Fruit ranges available online in South Africa: cold-pressed 100% fruit juices in 350ml, 500ml and 1.5L (singles and 6-packs), 300ml smoothies, health shot packs and cordials.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page on our site, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check for you.
